Founder’s Note
At Rupshee Fintech, we started with a simple but powerful belief: every financial institution and every individual deserves access to secure, sustainable, and future-ready fintech solutions.
With more than three decades in technology, cybersecurity, and financial services, I’ve seen how innovation often serves the largest players first—while co-operative banks, NBFCs, and end users face critical gaps in security and trust. These gaps limit growth, expose vulnerabilities, and leave citizens underserved.
Rupshee Fintech was born out of this challenge. Bootstrapped from the ground up, we’ve built solutions that are practical, cost-efficient, and deeply secure—from our Cloud HSM-based NPCI ancillary systems to CERT-IN aligned threat intelligence feeds already protecting BFSI clients today. With our UPI Merchant QR solution, we’re extending digital empowerment to institutions without acquire licenses, enabling them to confidently serve their customers.
But our journey goes further. We are embedding sustainability and the ethical use of AI into everything we build. For us, the future of fintech is not just about speed or scale—it’s about trust, fairness, and resilience.
